With multiple teams to collaborate with and learn about, your opportunity for growth is endless. This internship will have a hybrid location – part remote, part in our Global HQ offices in Battle Creek, Michigan.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
As part of the Kellogg Internship program, you will participate in our corporate onboarding orientation and have the chance to visit our Kellogg World Headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan (Cereal City, USA!) during the Intern Finale meeting. These events consist of executive exposure, former intern & executive panels, networking events, community activities and much more.
This paid internship requires a 3-month, full-time commitment starting May 2023. Relocation advising and sign-on bonus provided – and did we mention we have plenty of snacks? The internship concludes with a Final Showcase event and presentation to functional leaders.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
#Real Estate – Ready to learn more about how GREF works at a company the size of Kellogg? You’ll be growing your skillset in a variety of ways from assisting with site selection, advanced analytics, market intelligence, & Facility Management. You will grow an understanding of our portfolio strategy, the functional areas and establish your own network within the Kellogg Company.
Continuous Improvement – You’ll be a champion for continuous improvement as you participate in project-based work that will allow you to lead change initiatives, improve current processes, and impact significant business objectives.

You will be contributing meaningful work to the Kellogg business by leading your own projects and reporting out on key business solutions to executive leadership. And this is only the beginning!
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Student pursuing Real Estate & Facilities, Finance, Business Administration or related degree
Minimum of 3.0 GPA (cumulative)
Available for a 3-month assignment from May 22, 2023 – August 11, 2023
Anticipated graduation date cannot fall during the course of, or at the completion of, your internship. You must be continuing your education after the internship.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Leadership roles in school/volunteer clubs/organizations
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
