We are looking for top talent in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee or North / South Carolina with possibility of other remote locations in the Southeast near a major airport. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Account Development – As a Key Account Executive – Restaurants you will lead sales execution efforts and manage business needs and relationships with customer personnel. Promoting a customer-centered culture, you will strive to exceed customer needs, requirements and expectations.
Strategic Partnerships – You will collaborate with customer key decision makers as well as internal cross-functional partners (Operator and Distributor Region sales teams, Commercial National Accounts Managers, & Commercial Strategy Manager) to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.
Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Understanding and effectively leveraging customer, industry, and internal sales information, you will drive compliance and sustain a competitive edge.
Budget Management – You will be responsible for managing trade dollars within your assigned budgets and executing customer specific trade plans. Submitting accurate data will be necessary to accurately build customer Profit and Loss (P&Ls) and analysis.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Significant related experience with a strong preference working with commercial restaurant accounts
Ability to develop, present, and execute customer plans with a focus on customer communication and account penetration
Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data
Strong understanding of trade strategy and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Motor vehicle history with 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months
This position provides participation in the Kellogg Auto Reimbursement program for individuals driving at least 5,000 business miles annually.
A flexible work schedule and the ability to overnight travel around 30%-50% of the time but may vary depending on location of residency.
