Job Description & Requirements
Interactive Brokers seeks individuals for our Technical Assistance Center API team at our Shanghai office, with a focus on assisting clients develop, debug or integrate their applications connecting through IB API. The ideal candidate will possess conceptual knowledge of languages such as Java, C, Python, be probing and analytical, with the ability to learn and contribute to new APIs being built.

Assist clients to develop and debug their applications connecting to the IB API through which they can apply automated trading algorithms

Assist clients in the integration of API applications with third party software (such as charting software)

 Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or relevant technical certifications (Java, C#, Python, or C++)

1-2 years experience with providing technical support, preferably in Finance sector
