Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is urgently seeking Warehouse Workers in Highland Beach for our distribution center in Highland Beach, FL. Our Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, including but not limited to picking, packing, and staging parts, utilizing handheld radio frequency devices (RF scanners), and facilitating the movement of boxes within the Highland Beach distribution center.

Requirements to Apply for Warehouse Positions in Highland Beach:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in Highland Beach.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required at our Highland Beach facility.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Preferred Skills: Previous warehouse training or experience in Highland Beach is preferred but not required.

Requirements to Excel as a Warehouse in Highland Beach:

• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and hear.
• Frequent kneeling and crouching may be required.
