Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is urgently seeking Warehouse Workers in South San Francisco for our distribution center in South San Francisco, CA. Our Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, including but not limited to picking, packing, and staging parts, utilizing handheld radio frequency devices (RF scanners), and facilitating the movement of boxes within the South San Francisco distribution center.

Requirements to Apply for Warehouse Positions in South San Francisco:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in South San Francisco.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required at our South San Francisco facility.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Preferred Skills: Previous warehouse training or experience in South San Francisco is preferred but not required.

Requirements to Excel as a WORLDPAC Delivery Driver/ Warehouse in South San Francisco:

• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and hear.
• Frequent kneeling and crouching may be required.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing, and regular lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds. Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 100 pounds as needed to transport boxes within the South San Francisco distribution center.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
