What you will do
Successful candidates with job interest in ‘Payroll Analyst’ position will be assigned to the position with primary responsibilities as noted below:

Payroll Analyst

Execute monthly payroll operation timely and accurately to employees in ExxonMobil multi-international affiliates.
Work with IT Support Team, Law/Tax department and external partners to Interpret and apply legal compliances (income tax, government reporting and social security) to reflect dynamic business needs and legal obligations.
Apply analytical, problem-solving skills and customer service mindset to handle payroll related queries from employees, including internal and external partners.
Engage in various projects cross functionally as per business needs.
Explore Improvement opportunities on work process to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
Ensure work process and documentation under responsibility comply with ExxonMobil and relevant controls requirements.

About you
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Arts or other related degree (preferably Accounting degree for future job rotation)
Preferred at least 2 Accounting courses
Preferably 0-5 years of work experience
Fluency in English:  Preferred TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
Fluency in Dutch, Italian or French

Languages

English (required for all responsible areas/affiliates)
3rd language based on business needs:  Dutch, Italian or French
