What you will do
 

•    Maintain an integrated STC regulation compliance Plan for the STC Campus, organized cross functions to do new regulation compliance review, ensure clear statement of regulation requirement and ownership of regulation compliance. 定期审核新法规的适用性，负责与相关部门沟通协调,制订落实法律法规的实施方案、管理办法、实施细则

•    

•    Maintain and improve site WSS process and documentation健全并维护安全生产标准化制度，组织内审外审及文件管理

•    Independent work on implementation of STC regulation compliance plan to capture requirements in the following areas :

o    Emergency Management requirement 

    Risk categorized management风险分级管控

    Work Safety Assessment安全评价

    Work-related Emergency Response Pla生产安全事故应急预案

    Others 

o    EPB(Environment Protection Bureau) requirement

    EIA(Enviornment Impact Assessment)环评

    Wast gas and noice Test废气噪声检测

    Environmental Emergency Plan突发环境事件应急预案

o    Occupational Health requirement

    Occupational Health Assessment职业卫生现状评价

o    Fire Department requirement (clear interfaces between the sit and GREF to ensure no gaps in coverage)

o    All other requirements relating to SSH&E regulations

•    Project permits&liciece management.

o    Closely work with Project Team on project registration, three simultaneities 负责新建项目立项，三同时报告编写，审批，验收

•    Develop and maintain safety documents in Chinese(一企一档)  

•    Host local authority visits and inspections, follow up on findings and close the gaps （接待政府检查)

 
About you
 

1.    Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or safety Engineering from recognized university 化工或安全相关专业本科及以上

2.    >5 years’ working experience in petrochemical industry safety management. 5年以上化工行业安全工作经验

3.    Certified Safety Engineer 中级注册安全工程师

4.    Be able to use English as working language(CET4 or above) 熟练使用英语,4级以上

5.    Strong coordination skills, analytical skills, ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads & frequent changes in priorities 具备良好的团队合作意识，分析问题的能力，较强的语言表达能力，很好的抗压能力
