Shifts available: Mon-Fri, 3pm – 11:30pm

Job Description:

The primary focus of this position is to maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of common area facilities
including but not limited to, the parking garages/ parking lots, public restrooms, company vehicles, and exterior
building.
Duties of the Maintenance team include but are not limited to:
Perform most janitorial functions (empty trash, mop, vacuum, etc…) at multiple parking locations.
Go through all facilities frequently to remove non-customers.
Knowledge of equipment used in parking maintenance. Training for major equipment is provided with a
$1/hour raise upon successful completion of the program and after at least, 180 days of employment.
Troubleshoot issues if a manager isn’t present (reboot entry/exit station, unjam ticket machine etc…).
Maintain parking garages and facilities with the ability to make minor repairs.
Use ParkItDesk for Work Order tracking and updates.
Snow removal – keep walkways, garages and entries clear of snow by using a snow plow, shovel, snow
blower, salt spreader and ice chipper during the winter months.
Drive City vehicles and fill up gas tank when needed.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Work in all weather conditions (sun, rain, snow, heat, dust etc…).
Lawn care as directed.
Fill in as a cashier during special events or to relieve an employee for break.
Other tasks assigned by management.

Be aware of safety regulations, practices and procedures applicable to work unit.
