DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 06:55 – 07:05 – Clock in via UKG.
• 07:05 – 08:00 – Use blower to push debris, leaves, water away from alleyways and courtyard entry/exits. Verify courtyard cushions are in place when climate is free of rain.
• 08:00 – 09:00 – Clean all Reserved Signage. Clean all Floor Level Signage. Clean all Gate Arms.
• 09:00 – 09:30 – Clean Office. Mopping of floors, wiping all surfaces, and any required maintenance.
• 09:30 – 11:00 – Clean, mop all elevator lobbies, landings, and stairs. Apply polish to elevator doors and trash bins.
• 11:00 – 12:00 – Lunch time if permitted.
• 12:00 – 13:00 – Collect any loose trash on floors, between parking stalls, isles, drive lanes, and or around trash bins.
• 16:00 – 16:30 – Check trash cans for debris along with smoking area.
• 16:30 – 17:00 – Spot check all windows and doors for on all levels.
• 17:00 – 16:00 – End of shift.
WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES
THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PERFORMED AND REPORTED WEEKLY.
• Friday – paint dedication day after before lunch tasks are fulfilled
• Monday – pressure wash the PFC dumpster surroundings after blowing the alleyways
• Inspect and clean all trash cans on all levels.
• Inspect all stairway for cleanliness and damage.
• Walk garage with Manager or assistant Manager for inspection.
• Inspect garage and report all light outages to Manager.
• Inspect and spot paint all curbs, and medians as needed.
• Confirm proper storage of paint, gas, and other volatile materials

MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspect and spot paint all curbs, and medians as needed.
• Clean all signage of break dust.
• Clean and Inventory Storage Room. Identify product needs.
