Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) We are seeking a high-energy Production Supervisor for our 2nd Shift (3:00 PM ? 11:30 PM). In this role, you will lead a fast-paced manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while mentoring a diverse team to meet customer demands.

Core Responsibilities

• Leadership: Direct daily activities, assign projects to Group Leads, and foster a safe, productive work culture.
  
  
• Training: Onboard and train associates on equipment operation and standard safety protocols.
  
  
• Operations: Review time/attendance, enforce plant rules, and manage workflows to hit production targets.
  
  
• Logistics: Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to prioritize backorders and streamline output.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 3?5 years of supervisory experience in a production or factory environment.
  
  
• Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  
  
• Skills: leadership, human relations, math, and computer proficiency.
  
  
• Availability: Must work 2nd shift; occasional Saturdays required.
