Randstad is seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leader in the distribution industry. In this critical role, you will guide the company's receivables and credit functions, mentor a dedicated team, and protect the company's financial health.

Responsibilities
- Supervises, coaches, and develops the A/R team. Prioritizes team workload and ensures accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, posting, and collections. Establishes accountability and performance metrics for the A/R function (aging, DSO, collection efficiency).
- Ensures timely and accurate billing, including credit memos and portal submissions; streamlines and documents workflows for billing, posting, and collections. Owns collections strategy, ensuring proactive customer outreach and handling escalated disputes or delinquent accounts with professionalism.
- Supports the credit review and approval process, including establishing and monitoring customer credit limits and terms within assigned limits.
- Conducts credit checks and financial statement reviews on new and existing customers; identifies deteriorating credit conditions and recommends solutions.
- Drives customer adoption of Versapay online payment tool.
