We are seeking a reliable, eager-to-learn individual to join the front-office team of an expanding manufacturer in the Landover area. This is a fully onsite role, offering a chance to learn a unique product line and grow into a long-term career. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations; managing professional correspondence, maintaining inventory records, and handling essential financial data entry. Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory logs and production documentation.
  • Handle high-volume correspondence and phone calls from customers and vendors.
  • Support record-keeping, scheduling, and general clerical functions to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and payroll using QuickBooks.
