Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Oversee the initiation of new legal files and ensure all client documentation is accurately organized within the case management system.

  • Records Procurement: Facilitate the request and collection of medical records, insurance policies, and investigative reports.

  • Communications: Draft professional correspondence and handle inquiries from clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

  • Paralegal Support: Assist the paralegal team with the preparation of demand packages, evidence organization, and invoice processing.

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage incoming/outgoing mail and ensure all forms and authorizations are processed correctly.

  • Client Interaction: Attend meetings and provide physical status updates; offer translation support for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Career-Oriented: A strong interest in gaining legal experience; stable employment history is required.

  • Technical Proficiency: strong computer skills and the ability to learn case management software (ATO).

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred for client translations.

  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.



salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

  • Communications: Draft professional correspondence and handle phone inquiries from clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to provide updates or gather information.

  • Paralegal Support: Assist paralegals with the preparation of demand packages, including scanning, copying, and organizing necessary evidence and invoices.

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, process invoices, and ensure all forms and authorizations are completed and filed correctly.

  • Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and provide status updates; offer translation support for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.
