The AR Manager role is a full time, direct hire position with a well established company north of Boston. Our client is a premiere organization, top in their industry, with a presence across the North East and East Coast!

This position will strategically manage the full cycle  AR function to maximize cash flow by reducing DSO and streamlining processes to optimize efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in customer service, collections, and dispute resolution, and work well under pressure.  Someone who enjoys managing, developing & mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

_ Oversee AR ensuring accuracy of all accounts receivable activities

_ Monitor and review customer accounts to ensure payment terms are followed and overdue accounts are pursued

_ Research and resolve complicated customer discrepancies and disputes

_ Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing aging reports to identify trends and recommend solutions
