This role is responsible for leading production team members, managing shift activities, and ensuring that safety, quality, and throughput standards are consistently met. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum:
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Prior experience leading or supervising shift operations
- strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a production setting
Preferred:
- 6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience implementing process improvements or working with high-volume production teams
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Work in hot, cold, or noisy environments as needed

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production staff during assigned shift
- Analyze production schedules and adjust labor assignments accordingly
- Inspect raw materials and verify inventory readiness for changeovers
- Conduct safety, quality, and housekeeping walkthroughs
- Resolve issues through effective coaching, conflict resolution, and team development
- Improve production processes and drive continuous improvement across operations
- Track and manage team time and attendance records
- Communicate production goals and quality expectations to team members
