This role is responsible for leading production team members, managing shift activities, and ensuring that safety, quality, and throughput standards are consistently met. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum:

4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Prior experience leading or supervising shift operations
strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a production setting

Preferred:

6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Experience implementing process improvements or working with high-volume production teams

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Work in hot, cold, or noisy environments as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead production staff during assigned shift
Analyze production schedules and adjust labor assignments accordingly
Inspect raw materials and verify inventory readiness for changeovers
Conduct safety, quality, and housekeeping walkthroughs
Resolve issues through effective coaching, conflict resolution, and team development
Improve production processes and drive continuous improvement across operations
Track and manage team time and attendance records
Communicate production goals and quality expectations to team members
