The HR generalist will perform a broad range of human resources duties, from recruiting and onboarding new hires to managing employee benefits, performance, and compliance with labor laws. You will act as a point of contact for employee questions, assist with training and development, and contribute to a positive work environment and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities also involve implementing HR policies, managing payroll, and supporting employee relations.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Must have excellent computer skills in a Microsoft. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Must have ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pivot as necessary.
- Must have effective oral and written communication.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
