The HR generalist will perform a broad range of human resources duties, from recruiting and onboarding new hires to managing employee benefits, performance, and compliance with labor laws. You will act as a point of contact for employee questions, assist with training and development, and contribute to a positive work environment and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities also involve implementing HR policies, managing payroll, and supporting employee relations.

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Must have excellent computer skills in a Microsoft. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
Must have ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pivot as necessary.
Must have effective oral and written communication.
Must have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
