Position Summary: Workspace Operations Manager We are seeking a proactive, hospitality-driven Workspace Operations Manager to lead the daily rhythm of our professional community. This multifaceted role is the perfect blend of front-of-house hospitality, community building, and operational management.

Responsibilities
- Lead Member Experience: Serve as the primary ambassador for the workspace, delivering high-touch hospitality and personalized support to all members and visitors.
- Front-of-House Management: Oversee daily reception duties, including greeting guests, managing mail and package logistics, and coordinating secure building access.
- Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of day-to-day facility operations to ensure the environment remains professional, efficient, and welcoming.
- Conflict Resolution & Advocacy: Address member feedback with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset to foster a positive, collaborative community culture.
- Systems & Administration: Utilize CRM and property management platforms to maintain accurate records, handle data entry, and streamline administrative workflows.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging social media updates that showcase the community's professional atmosphere and highlight member success stories.
- Aesthetic Standards: Ensure the physical workspace consistently reflects premium standards of organization, cleanliness, and professional presentation.
- Community Building: Collaborate with leadership to execute networking events and engagement programs that strengthen professional connections within the space.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and enhance the overall member experience.
