Employment Information
We are partnered with a growing manufacturer client in Bridgeton NJ looking to add additional team members to their customer service team. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central with a high level of accuracy.
  • Monitor open orders to ensure timely processing, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, and sales staff regarding product availability, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with brokers and sales representatives to resolve order discrepancies, product issues, and customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (including operations, shipping, and accounting) to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues that may affect customer experience or order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication notes within Business Central.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer service processes.
