Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor open orders to ensure timely processing, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, and sales staff regarding product availability, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with brokers and sales representatives to resolve order discrepancies, product issues, and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments (including operations, shipping, and accounting) to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and escalate issues that may affect customer experience or order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication notes within Business Central.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer service processes.
