- 8+ years in industrial machinery (food processing preferred).
- Proven success in P&L management and technical solution sales.
- Expertise in CRM/CPQ and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
? Drive profitable revenue growth in assigned territory and exceed sales targets
? Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
? Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
? Establish manage team territory targets
? Manage individually and team the use of Salesforce (CRM) and driving sales execution
? Managed individually and team the use of Pandadoc for quoting (CPQ)
? Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
? Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
? Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
? Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
? Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to foster a culture of excellence and achievement.
? Implement sales tools and process improvements that drive growth and customer satisfaction
? Coach, develop, maintain, and manage a highly technical sales team
