A Leading Manufacturer is seeking an Electrical Engineer Manager in Riverside County, CA! Manage a team of electrical engineers, designers, and technicians to provide high-quality products while developing processes to ensure efficiency. You will bring 2+ years of supervising or mentorship experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, and solid knowledge in low / medium voltage.

responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, designs and technicians through project cycle
  
  
• Develop processes to enhance technical capabilities, boost efficiency, and drive strategic growth
  
  
• Produce electrical designs including engineering calculations, schematics, wiring diagrams and point-to-point drawings
  
  
• Provide technical input to cross functional teams while leading in product design, revision, manufacturing, quality, and safety improvement initiatives
  
  
• Participate in onsite customer inspections and product testing

Requirements:

• BS Electrical Engineering
  
  
• 2+ years supervising experience
  
  
• Low and Medium voltage
  
  
• AutoCAD / SolidWorks
