A Leading Manufacturer is seeking an Electrical Engineer Manager in Riverside County, CA! Manage a team of electrical engineers, designers, and technicians to provide high-quality products while developing processes to ensure efficiency. You will bring 2+ years of supervising or mentorship experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, and solid knowledge in low / medium voltage.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers, designs and technicians through project cycle
Develop processes to enhance technical capabilities, boost efficiency, and drive strategic growth
Produce electrical designs including engineering calculations, schematics, wiring diagrams and point-to-point drawings
Provide technical input to cross functional teams while leading in product design, revision, manufacturing, quality, and safety improvement initiatives
Participate in onsite customer inspections and product testing

Requirements:

BS Electrical Engineering
2+ years supervising experience
Low and Medium voltage
AutoCAD / SolidWorks
