Hello, NOW HIRING- DIRECT HIRE - Electro-Maintenance Technician (food machines / warehouse/ conveyor belt - diagnosis, repair, replacement ) BOTH ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL REPAIR Multi-skilled technician with primary responsibilities of maintaining equipment, troubleshooting and repairing both mechanical and electrical abnormalities on all production-related equipment. Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled to eliminate unplanned stoppages, increase asset intensity, and build operator technical capabilities.
- Fixing, repairing, replacing parts for Food service equipment : Mixers, bacthers, Conveyors, sensors, packing equipment. Etc.
- Electricity, Electronics, Electric control circuits, 480V
- AC & Servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Troubleshoots motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems.
- Performs electronic component replacement, substitution, set-up and calibration.
- Preventative Maintenance on all machines
- Performs panel and electrical grid upgrades, inspections, and tests equipment as needed.
- Generates, updates, and oversees electrical layout drawings for projects.
- Oversees and updates Mechanical & Electrical installations and schematics
- use test tools (volt meters, amp probes, etc.)
- Food environment/ GMP experience preferred
- Refrigerated environment

Responsibilities
- Packaging Labelers, Case Packers, Palletizers, Conveyor systems and shunts, Storage systems, Product Transport systems.
- Storage and Retrieval systems including cranes and conveyors.
- Preventive/Predictive Maintenance - Responsible for executing planned work schedule as assigned and creating follow up notifications/improvements in SAP system to ensure cost effective and reliable equipment performance.
- Creative problem solving skills to perform equipment improvements and enhancements to optimize production with positive contribution to all key deliverables of safety, quality, and cost.
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and competency development.
- Participate in problem solving utilizing tools such as BDA and GSTD.
- Lead continuous update of Maintenance procedures, and PM Optimization efforts.
- Review required spare parts to keep maximize technical warehouse service factor.
