Responsibilities

Executive Support & Communications

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Strategically manage the CEO?s calendar, prioritizing high-value appointments and coordinating complex internal and external schedules

  • Executive Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and stakeholders; manage all executive communications with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality

  • Digital Presence: Oversee the CEO?s digital footprint, including email, social media, and video conferencing, acting as a professional voice across all platforms

Operations & Logistics

  • Travel & Itineraries: Orchestrate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics for the CEO and key team members

  • Event & Trade Show Management: Lead the planning and execution of on-site and off-site events, trade shows, and conferences, including vendor management and onsite partner relations

  • Process Optimization: Proactively propose and implement improvements to internal workflows and office systems to increase efficiency

  • Reporting & Projects: Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for special projects and strategic initiatives

Culture & Facility Management

  • Brand Ambassador: Uphold the company?s core values and culture, managing facility standards to ensure a professional office environment

  • Onboarding: Facilitate new hire integration by coordinating technology, training, and welcoming procedures
