We are partnering with one of Boston?s fastest-growing investment companies to find a strategic Director of FP&A.

Our client is in the midst of a massive expansion achieving over 25% YoY growth as well as doubled headcount (200+).  This is a newly created or expanded role designed for a "builder"?someone who wants to move away from legacy maintenance and toward institutional-grade financial transformation.

  • Strategic Planning: Lead cycles for budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of external financial reports, subsidiary statements, and regulatory filings, ensuring absolute accuracy and integrity.

  • Financial Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses into cost structures, margins, and profitability to identify efficiency gains and optimize business performance.

  • Data Governance: Act as the primary steward of the firm?s financial data architecture, leveraging centralized data warehouses to synthesize insights for executive leadership.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the execution of monthly and quarterly reporting cadences, driving accountability across cross-divisional stakeholders.

  • Modeling & M&A: Build sophisticated business cases for new initiatives and provide modeling support for potential acquisitions, including post-integration financial tracking.

  • Treasury Support: Direct cash flow modeling, liquidity monitoring, and working capital analysis.

  • Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across the organization.
