We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at a manufacturing or industrial facility. The role involves performing routine maintenance, conducting inspections, managing building automation systems, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The technician will also support energy-saving initiatives, maintain accurate records, and ensure all work complies with regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications: 3?5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related facilities, technical diploma or certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred. troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass security screening. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and additional certifications in safety, HVAC, or electrical systems.
