_ What You?ll Do ? Set up equipment for each production run ? Operate and adjust machinery to meet quality standards ? Inspect and test packages, documenting results ? Prepare materials for fast, accurate changeovers ? Complete all required paperwork ? Maintain a clean, organized work area ? Follow all GMPs, safety policies, and procedures ? Perform washdowns, changeovers, and additional duties as assigned

_ What You Bring ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred ? Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. ? Willing to learn GMPs and HACCP ? Basic math skills ? Strong communication and organization skills ? Ability to use small hand tools ? Ability to stand for long periods (up to 80% of shift) ? Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted ? Willingness to work overtime and assist across shifts

_ Work Environment ? Fast-paced manufacturing environment ? Exposure to machinery, noise levels, and varying temperatures (warm or refrigerated) ? Team-driven atmosphere requiring professional communication

_ Compensation ? Machine Operator I: $20.30/hr ? Machine Operator II: $22.25/hr ? Additional shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift ? Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment in preparation for particular product runs.
• Operates equipment and adjusts as necessary to ensure equipment is operating correctly and meeting quality specifications.
• Inspects and tests packages, and documents results to ensure equipment is operating correctly and meeting quality specifications.
• Stages and checks required materials for quick and accurate change overs in production.
• Completes and assembles all required documentation associated with the position.
• Maintains works area in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
