This role is designed for a professional who understands the unique demands of a large-scale manufacturing environment?similar to managing a 135,000 sq. ft. facility?and has a proven track record of increasing equipment uptime.

The Opportunity As the Maintenance Manager, you will be the backbone of our operational reliability. You will move beyond "reactive" repairs to lead a team focused on preventive maintenance, equipment optimization, and long-term facility health.

Key Responsibilities

  Asset Management: Oversee maintenance for all production equipment across a large-scale industrial footprint.

  System Development: Design and launch comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to significantly increase uptime and product quality.

  Capital Projects: Manage equipment installations and upgrades to improve facility throughput and operational efficiency.
  
  
• 
  
  Data-Driven Leadership: Partner with engineering teams to develop process data management systems, utilizing real-time alarms and historical records to drive decision-making.

  Safety & Compliance: Foster a proactive safety culture to mitigate risk and ensure a zero lost-time accident environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in industrial maintenance, with a strong preference for candidates who have progressed from Plant/Maintenance Engineer into leadership roles

Responsibilities

Position Requirements:
_ Must have a valid driver?s license and be insurable to drive company pickup truck
_ Must have completed OSHA 10-hour training at a minimum
_ Must have current Crane and Hi Lo operator certification
_ Minimum 2 years basic electrical repair experience
_ Minimum 2 years hydraulic experience
_ Minimum 2 years pneumatic experience
_ Must have general mechanical aptitude
_ Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications and company operating system
_ Must have experience with heavy machinery
_ Certified welder with license preferred
_ Must have general maintenance and roofing systems experience, including HVAC

Job Duties Include, but not limited to:
_ Responsible for scheduling and completing preventive and predictive maintenance
_ Responsible for ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining appropriate spare parts
inventory
_ Responsible for maintaining equipment inventory
_ Responsible for meeting budgets allocated
_ Responsible for tracking, prioritizing and completion of maintenance requests, including
items requiring outside services like cranes, forklifts and scales
_ Assist in compliance to ISO and IATF requirements
_ Work with program management on project planning related to expansions and
improvements
_ Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
_ Responsible to follow all internal procedures and practices deemed applicable
