Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
- Diagnose and resolve complex machinery issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Execute repairs, rebuilds, and installations of equipment components.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
- strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively using various tools and diagnostic methods.
- Welding, fabrication, and machining skills a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment (e.g., inspecting, lubricating, cleaning, adjusting).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand equipment operation and repair procedures.
- Operate a variety of shop equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and welding equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential problems and ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with production personnel and other maintenance team members to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
- Perform basic electrical work, including wiring, motor control, and sensor replacement.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely and effective repairs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Order and manage spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
- Train and mentor less experienced maintenance personnel when required.
