We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our critical production machinery.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
Diagnose and resolve complex machinery issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Execute repairs, rebuilds, and installations of equipment components.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Ability to troubleshoot effectively using various tools and diagnostic methods.
Welding, fabrication, and machining skills a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment (e.g., inspecting, lubricating, cleaning, adjusting).
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand equipment operation and repair procedures.
Operate a variety of shop equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and welding equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential problems and ensure safe operation.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
Collaborate with production personnel and other maintenance team members to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
Perform basic electrical work, including wiring, motor control, and sensor replacement.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely and effective repairs.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Order and manage spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
Train and mentor less experienced maintenance personnel when required.
