What You?ll Do: As a key member of our maintenance team, you will ensure our production floor stays mission-ready. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of industrial machines and CNC equipment.
  
  
• Executing facility repairs, from electrical/lighting to small plumbing and physical plant upgrades.
  
  
• Collaborating with vendor technicians to solve complex mechanical issues.
  
  
• Operating powered lift equipment (forklifts/high lifts) to manage facility needs.

salary: $52,000 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machines, material handling equipment, and physical plant systems
• Performs upgrades and install new systems when required
• Keep maintenance area clean and organized so materials and tools are easily located.
• Perform routine maintenance; small plumbing repairs, painting, patching of walls, lighting, outdoor facility upkeep (no lawn care required), and material handling equipment such as lift trucks and pallet jacks.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial machines and equipment.
• Work with vendor technicians to troubleshoot issues with CNC machines
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance and repairs and machine manuals and instructions.
• Operate forklifts and high lifts and other powered lift equipment as needed
• Requirements:
• Experience working with industrial machinery
• Ability to use available resources to solve problems, including use of vendor machine manuals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Work cooperatively with others
• Ability to perform job duties with commitments to safety and accident prevention.
• Manage multiple priorities
