Candidate must have previous experience working with manufacturing projects on the plant floor. responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  
  
• Conduct time studies, work sampling, and process mapping to gather data and understand current state performance.
  
  
• Apply lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
  
  
• Develop and implement improved layouts, material flow systems, and work methods.
  
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase production efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  
  
• Manage and execute industrial engineering projects from initiation to completion.
