We're looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Quality Inspector to join our team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dimensional inspections on parts and assemblies using a variety of precision tools, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints, specifications, and GD&T symbols to ensure parts conform to all requirements.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate manufacturing processes and tooling.
- Document and report any non-conforming materials or products, and assist in identifying root causes.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to guarantee accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
- strong proficiency in operating and programming CMMs (specific software knowledge, e.g., PC-DMIS, is a plus).
- Excellent ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and a track record of ensuring product excellence, we encourage you to apply. Join us and help us maintain our commitment to quality!
