Our client, an ingrated 3-PL - which includes asset-based warehousing and trucking operations (OTR and drayage) is looking for a self-motivated logistics professional who excels in building customer relationships, meeting face-to-face, and creating customized, full-scale transportation and logistics solutions.

This role focuses on developing new truck brokerage business by leveraging the full in-house capacity of their network, including OTR fleet, drayage services, and warehousing assets.

responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and secure new shipper accounts within an assigned territory.
Conduct on-site customer visits and present tailored logistics solutions.
Promote a complete range of services, including brokerage, OTR trucking, drayage, and warehousing.
Maintain a sales pipeline through strategic outreach and CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal sales & operations teams to develop pricing, bids, and service proposals.

Qualifications:

2+ years of outside sales experience in freight brokerage, trucking, logistics, or related fields.
Knowledge of truckload, drayage, warehousing, and general logistics operations.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Must have a non-compete.
