Our client, an ingrated 3-PL - which includes asset-based warehousing and trucking operations (OTR and drayage) is looking for a self-motivated logistics professional who excels in building customer relationships, meeting face-to-face, and creating customized, full-scale transportation and logistics solutions.

This role focuses on developing new truck brokerage business by leveraging the full in-house capacity of their network, including OTR fleet, drayage services, and warehousing assets.

responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and secure new shipper accounts within an assigned territory.

  • Conduct on-site customer visits and present tailored logistics solutions.

  • Promote a complete range of services, including brokerage, OTR trucking, drayage, and warehousing.

  • Maintain a sales pipeline through strategic outreach and CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal sales & operations teams to develop pricing, bids, and service proposals.
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in freight brokerage, trucking, logistics, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of truckload, drayage, warehousing, and general logistics operations.

  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

  • Must have a non-compete.
