Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of sales and
operations of that branch. It is also responsible to always protect company assets and interests.
_ Assist customers with parts and equipment inquiries by phone and in-person.
_ Process orders and follow through with pending orders.
_ Assist customers with various product related inquiries.
_ Assist customers with warranty claims.
_ Assist customers with various sales and marketing promotions.
_ Provide accurate assistance in a friendly manner.
_ Assist in stocking of shelves in showroom and warehouse.
_ Assist customers with the loading & unloading of customer vehicle, if necessary, as well
as assisting freight carriers with outbound orders.
_ Maintain general cleanliness of workstation and branch.
