Location: Alsip, IL _ Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM ? 3:00 PM | Monday?Friday Pay: $18?$21/hr based on experience

Role Summary: Randstad USA is hiring a Parts Clerk to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Alsip, IL. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full benefits and long-term stability. The Parts Clerk plays a key role in keeping maintenance operations running smoothly by managing inventory, organizing stockrooms, and coordinating parts for repairs and PMs.  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in inventory, warehousing, or maintenance support
  
  
• Comfortable using inventory tracking software or CMMS systems
  
  
• Basic knowledge of parts related to mechanical or industrial maintenance is a plus
  
  
• strong communication skills to collaborate with techs and supervisors
  
  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
  
  
• High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
  
  

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with variable temperatures (warm/cold)
  
  
• Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift
  
  
• Must be comfortable working near production and maintenance equipment
  
  
• PPE required in designated areas

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue parts, tools, and materials from inventory
  
  
• Maintain accurate records in the computerized maintenance system (CMMS)
  
  
• Perform routine cycle counts and help with physical inventory
  
  
• Track incoming orders and follow up with vendors as needed
  
  
• Collaborate with maintenance techs to ensure timely part availability
  
  
• Keep the stockroom organized, clean, and safety compliant
