Role Summary: Randstad USA is hiring a Parts Clerk to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Alsip, IL. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full benefits and long-term stability. The Parts Clerk plays a key role in keeping maintenance operations running smoothly by managing inventory, organizing stockrooms, and coordinating parts for repairs and PMs.

Qualifications & Skills:

1+ year of experience in inventory, warehousing, or maintenance support
Comfortable using inventory tracking software or CMMS systems
Basic knowledge of parts related to mechanical or industrial maintenance is a plus
strong communication skills to collaborate with techs and supervisors
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills

Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting with variable temperatures (warm/cold)
Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift
Must be comfortable working near production and maintenance equipment
PPE required in designated areas

Responsibilities

Receive, store, and issue parts, tools, and materials from inventory
Maintain accurate records in the computerized maintenance system (CMMS)
Perform routine cycle counts and help with physical inventory

Collaborate with maintenance techs to ensure timely part availability
Keep the stockroom organized, clean, and safety compliant
