We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle for our industrial parts division for our offices in Miami. You will oversee technical quoting, multi-warehouse order fulfillment, and international export documentation while managing bi-weekly global procurement and inventory shortage reporting. This role is central to our supply chain, requiring seamless coordination between distributors, domestic warehouses, and international headquarters to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Export Coordination: Manage complex domestic and international order fulfillment, including export documentation (BOLs), tracking, and drop-shipments from global headquarters.

  • Procurement & Inventory Control: Execute bi-weekly international part replenishment, monitor stock levels, and generate daily shortage and back-order reports to ensure supply chain continuity.

  • Operational Support: Process multi-warehouse order entries, manage the RMA/claims process, and provide troubleshooting support for B2B dealer portals.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly sales performance data and maintain accurate records for cross-border billing and inventory receiving.

  • Sales & Quote Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle from inquiry and technical quoting to final invoicing; advise customers on part replacements and product lifecycles.
