• Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Flexographic, Lithographic, or Offset printing. (Digital background is a plus).
  
  
• Experience: 5+ years in Process/Manufacturing Engineering or a Production Supervisor role (ideally one who rose from the shop floor).
  
  
• Background: Experience in Flexible Packaging or Labels is highly preferred.
  
  
• Education: Bachelor?s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent high-level technical experience.
  
  
• Attributes: A "continuous improvement" mindset with the ability to travel between regional sites.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Optimization: Drive standardization and process commonization across multiple regional plants.
  
  
• Process Development: Design and optimize high-speed/high-volume print and convert workflows (Flexographic and Lithographic/Offset).
  
  
• SOP & Training: Build robust SOPs and lead shop-floor training to improve operator competency and process repeatability.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean methodologies to reduce waste, improve yields, and maximize equipment utilization.
  
  
• Collaboration: Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Production to onboard new products and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
