Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize master production schedules that align with demand forecasts, capacity, inventory objectives, and material availability.
Translate forecasts and customer orders into actionable build plans with accurate MRP signals.
Lead production readiness reviews for new product introductions and engineering changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering) to address capacity, material, and scheduling challenges.
Maintain ERP system accuracy, monitor planning key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvements.
Mentor junior planning team members and support planning best practices across the organization.
