Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize master production schedules that align with demand forecasts, capacity, inventory objectives, and material availability.
  
  
• Translate forecasts and customer orders into actionable build plans with accurate MRP signals.
  
  
• Lead production readiness reviews for new product introductions and engineering changes.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering) to address capacity, material, and scheduling challenges.
  
  
• Maintain ERP system accuracy, monitor planning key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvements.
  
  
• Mentor junior planning team members and support planning best practices across the organization.
