Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor. This role requires a professional willing to work safely in a team-based system while prioritizing workloads to meet increasing customer demands.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Direct and manage manufacturing and shipping processes while participating in machine center goal-setting.
  • Safety Leadership: Lead safety processes and implement department education to sustain a safe work environment.
  • Asset & Quality Management: Secure company assets and lead process reliability to ensure the lowest cost and best quality.
  • Waste & Reporting: Drive accountability to minimize waste and ensure correct reporting of time, production, and material usage.
  • Financial & Regulatory Compliance: Calculate the costs of decisions and ensure the facility follows environmental regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as a teacher and coach for personnel, providing both positive and corrective feedback while resolving conflicts.
  • Crisis Management: Demonstrate high emotional control under adverse conditions to lead staff to successful resolutions.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple issues concurrently and lead effective, efficient meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to read and follow factory technical drawings and product layouts.
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
  • Competency in high school math, including calculating percentages, volume, and rates.
  • Knowledge of equipment design, capabilities, and quality standards.

  • Quality & Waste Control: Lead process reliability efforts for high-quality output and drive accountability to minimize waste.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting of labor time, production totals, and material usage.
  • Financial & Regulatory Compliance: Manage environmental regulations and apply financial knowledge to calculate the cost-impact of decisions.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a teacher and coach, providing feedback, resolving conflicts, and using motivational techniques.
  • Crisis Management: Demonstrate high emotional control under adverse conditions to lead personnel to successful resolutions.
  • Leadership & Professionalism: Provide a consistent leadership style with professional assertiveness and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Operations: Manage multiple issues concurrently and lead efficient team meetings through superior time management.
