We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality ControlSupervisor to join our team, focusing on quality assurance and team development. This critical role involves defining, implementing, and enforcing quality standards while also overseeing a team of inspectors and associates. The ideal candidate will have a experienced background in manufacturing or a related process-driven environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

- Monday-Friday 2nd Shift (4p-12a)
Qualifications:
- Experience in Manufacturing (MFG) is important, or an understanding of quality/training processes in other relevant settings.
- Proven aptitude and understanding of the Quality Supervisor role, including required standards and necessary forms.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different lines and departments.
- A history of bringing proactive ideas for process improvement and challenging the status quo (not being a "yes person").
- Prior experience as a trainer or in a training capacity is helpful.
- AI Literate.

Responsibilities
- Quality & Training: Define, detail, and implement quality standards. Train and explain these standards to the team.
- Inspection & Audit: Focus on inspecting quality and ensuring quality associates are appropriately auditing products. This role is not focused on monitoring production to make something.
- Investigations: Understand and conduct investigations, specifically for Customer Issue Notifications (CINRs) related to missing data, color mismatch, or incorrect data in the print process.
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead the team in investigating complaints, pulling data into a database, and performing root cause analysis.
