Well established, reputable and growing organization located in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for a Reliability Manager. The ideal candidate will possess experience with a World Class Reliability program.
This role comes with a very appealing compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $160k to $180k plus a 20% annual bonus.
Relocation assistance is also available.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for the companies reliability and risk aversion across the enterprise by developing reliability plans and proactive/preventative maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analysis, analyzing data and creating capital plans.
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times
- Actively reviews practices, workflows and systems to identify opportunities and advises on appropriate interventions for process improvements that impact production and business results
- Facilitates change management by engaging with cross functional teams to foster a culture of proactive reliability improvements; provides training and support to employees at all levels to encourage the adoption of new processes and tools
- Drives knowledge exchange with technology experts to increase awareness of potential improvement opportunities
- Encourage innovative thinking and explores new technologies or methodologies that could further enhance reliability within the company
- Conducts root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (required), in mechanical or industrial engineering (preferred)
Experience:
- Ideally 10 years of proven experience in reliability engineering
- 7 years of project management experience
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance: background in heavy engineering/continuous process industries

- Results oriented with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources
