Well established, reputable and growing organization located in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for a Reliability Manager. The ideal candidate will possess experience with a World Class Reliability program.

This role comes with a very appealing compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $160k to $180k plus a 20% annual bonus.

Relocation assistance is also available.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:

Responsible for the companies reliability and risk aversion across the enterprise by developing reliability plans and proactive/preventative maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analysis, analyzing data and creating capital plans.
Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times
Actively reviews practices, workflows and systems to identify opportunities and advises on appropriate interventions for process improvements that impact production and business results
Facilitates change management by engaging with cross functional teams to foster a culture of proactive reliability improvements; provides training and support to employees at all levels to encourage the adoption of new processes and tools
Drives knowledge exchange with technology experts to increase awareness of potential improvement opportunities
Encourage innovative thinking and explores new technologies or methodologies that could further enhance reliability within the company
Conducts root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (required), in mechanical or industrial engineering (preferred)

Experience:

Ideally 10 years of proven experience in reliability engineering
7 years of project management experience
Previous experience in industrial maintenance: background in heavy engineering/continuous process industries

Competencies:

Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, drive change and influence others
Results oriented with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources
