It will be a key hire and a foundational piece they continue to build around. Along with improving processes and strengthening controls, you will manage the GL, drive the close, financial statement prep & analysis, and more. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experiences & posseses a builder mindset. They are scaling and seeking someone to help evolve their financial infrastructure.

salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Oversee GL integrity and ensure compliance with US GAAP. Prepare complex journal entries, including accruals and intercompany allocations.
Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts (Cash, AR, Fixed Assets, Liabilities) to ensure data integrity.
Execute accelerated month/quarter/year-end closing activities within established deadlines.
Assist in preparing financial statement packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and conduct "Flux Analysis" to explain performance drivers.
Assist with IFRS adjustments and intercompany eliminations.
Serve as a primary contact for external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Identify automation opportunities to streamline the close as the company continues its rapid growth trajectory.
