Do you have Senior Level Accountant experience in a manufacturing environment? We are working with a company who is in a niche market and they need you! Do you have 3-5 years of Senior Accountant experience?  Can you handle a heavy workload on the accounting side, and are you looking to work in Concord, NH?  If so, please apply today! Our client has a small accounting team and they are looking for someone who can do everything related to accounting (Reporting, P&L, Balance, Cash, etc).  Have you done everything in accounting can you be the leader in the accounting department?  You will work together with a Junior Accountant and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist - together you will be the dream team!  Position Duration -  PERMANENT Role -Part Time Hours Hours - 16 hours a week (All day on Tuesdays and Thursdays or client is open to a schedule of your choice (within reason)  Location - Concord, NH (Northern Concord, NH area). Pay Rate -  42K to 48K depending on work experience Hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm Benefits - will be entitled to comp PTO which is earned by the following structure. 1 wk at hire. 2 weeks at 2 yrs. 3 weeks at 5 yrs. 4 weeks at 15 yrs. You will be able to participate in the company's 401k program after 1000 hrs of service. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze records, financial statements to ensure accuracy
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses
  • Post/adjust journal entries as well as manufacturing adjustments
  • Work with budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems
  • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
  • Deal with internal and external auditing 
  • Provide financial analysis on accounts 
  • Prepare taxes and supporting information for the CPA
  • Manage daily cash transactions and reconciliations
  • Banking functions including deposits and wire transfers
