Direct Hire Opportunity! Are you an experienced and skilled Mechanic ready to be the backbone of our production line? Join our Setup Mechanics team and play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations! Your Focus: You will be responsible for the setup, repair, and preventative maintenance of critical production and processing equipment. This hands-on role requires you to interface directly with Operations and Engineering to ensure machinery is correctly located, properly adjusted, and running at peak condition. Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience or technical school training in a mechanic or related craft.
• Solid knowledge of assembly line functions, machinery operation, and the ability to read technical manuals/blueprints.

Physical Demands: This is a continuous, hands-on role requiring frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying. Continuous stooping/bending, reaching/pivoting, and gross motor skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct machine failures, performing "on line" adjustments, repairs, and modifications.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance (PM).
• Ensure all work adheres to GMP regulations, including housekeeping and proper documentation.
• Strictly follow all safety regulations (e.g., equipment lockout, proper PPE).

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 7 hours at one time
