Responsibilities

As a Staff Accountant, you will be a key player in ensuring financial integrity as the company continues to grow. You will move beyond basic data entry to master complex reconciliations and play a visible role in the monthly close process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Execution: Learn and perform monthly journal entries, ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
  
  
• Cash & Banking: Take ownership of daily cash applications and perform complex bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
  
  
• The Monthly Close: Assist the Controller with the month-end close process, driving toward a faster, more efficient "close-to-report" cycle.
  
  
• Account Integrity: Perform balance sheet reconciliations and proactively investigate/resolve discrepancies.
  
  
• Audit Readiness: Support the year-end audit process by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
  
  
• Process Innovation: In a high growth environment, "the way we?ve always done it" doesn't work. You will be encouraged to identify and implement ways to automate manual tasks.
