Randstad is partnering with a prestigious and rapidly expanding boutique agency in the employee benefits consulting sector. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to manage and elevate the agency's most valued client portfolios alongside firm leadership.

This role requires a proven expert capable of delivering consultative plan design and sophisticated risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry expertise to drive client outcomes and contribute to the firm's growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate is: A Strategic leader, proficient in complex funding mechanisms, meticulous, and effective at independent problem-solving. 3?5 years of strong broker-side experience is required.

salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

You will operate as a strategic partner to agency principals, leading the full lifecycle management and elevating service for the most established client relationships.

Strategic Client Liaison: Act as the strategic point of contact, leading plan design conversations, managing comprehensive renewal strategy, and delivering confident, professional presentations to clients.

Renewal & Plan Management: Oversee the collection and analysis of data for the renewal cycle, provide expert support during the RFP process, and review/approve all contracts and plan materials.

Technology & Data Oversight: Provide guidance for client benefits portal builds and ensure adherence to best practices for data integrity and system accuracy within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Issue Escalation & Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex claims, billing discrepancies, and coverage disputes, providing expert guidance and stepping in to manage escalated situations.

Internal Leadership: Provide coaching and strategic guidance to Account Managers, serve as a resource for complex matters, and assist principals with high-level reporting.

Compliance Fluency: Apply deep working knowledge of compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA) to all plan strategy and implementation.
