Randstad is currently hiring for a Superintendent for a meat processing facility located in Cudahy, WI. In this role, you would be responsible for managing daily operations for a specific shift or department, with a primary focus on production, employee and food safety, quality control, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include staff oversight, ensuring strict USDA and HACCP compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Superintendent manages budgets and implements capital projects to align organizational strategy with floor-level execution. Relocation Package Available!

salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 1 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple shifts/departments, manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet targets, optimizing resources

Implement and enforce HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and regulatory standards (USDA)

Lead, coach, train, and develop supervisory teams and production staff, fostering a safety culture and accountability

Champion lean manufacturing analyze performance metrics and drive process enhancements

Develop and execute safety programs, address ergonomic concerns, and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal policies

Monitor financial performance, provide input on capital investments, and manage departmental budgets

Develop and implement safety and ergonomic programs

offering support and direction to foster a collaborative and productive environment
