In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, identifying top-tier office professionals and matching them with our diverse client base.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate) or high-volume sales.
  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Miami and Fort Lauderdale business landscape.
  • Drive: A "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source & Recruit: Build a robust pipeline of administrative and office support candidates (Executive Assistants, Office Managers, HR Coordinators, Data Entry, Receptionist, Sales Admins,  etc.) using advanced sourcing tools and local networking.

  • Business Development: Partner with clients across Broward and Miami-Dade counties to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative talent solutions.

  • Full Cycle Management: Manage the entire placement process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Market Strategy: Stay ahead of hiring trends in the South Florida market to advise clients on competitive compensation and talent availability.
