We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our electronics distribution center. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of high-value inventory, ensuring technical products are handled with care, and leading a team of associates to meet shipping and receiving targets.



salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct daily activities for warehouse staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
  
  
• Inventory Integrity: Oversee cycle counts and physical audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy. Manage serial number tracking for high-value components.
  
  
• Shipping & Receiving: Supervise the unloading of shipments, verify manifests, and ensure outgoing orders are packed according to electronics-grade safety standards.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce ESD protocols and ensure all staff utilize proper PPE and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
  
  
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the packing or sorting lines and implement lean strategies to increase throughput.
  
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to resolve inventory discrepancies and generate performance reports.
