Warehouse Supervisor Wanted!

salary: $79,500 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Daily Oversight: Coordinate warehouse functions such as labor allocation, shipping/receiving, and space optimization to ensure maximum productivity.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance Leadership: Enforce plant rules and safety policies while driving continuous improvement in quality and cost-efficiency.
  
  
• Staff Management: Provide direct supervision to warehouse personnel, managing everything from truck traffic to general housekeeping.
  
  
• Performance Tracking: Document employee progress, offer developmental coaching, and manage disciplinary actions or hiring as required.
  
  
• Training Coordination: Oversee mandatory training programs for motorized equipment to ensure 100% compliance with safety standards.
  
  
• Stock Accuracy: Manage end-of-month and annual inventory counts, maintaining high levels of accuracy in raw material tracking and stock rotation.
