Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily warehouse flow, including meticulous receiving, secure storage, and strategic staging for upcoming project deliveries.
  
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Goodkind warehouse staff; manage labor planning and instill a culture of safety and performance.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with freight carriers, professional installers, and 3PL providers to ensure timely project execution.
  
  
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs including cost-per-project, on-time delivery rates, and labor efficiency.
  
  
• Asset & Inventory Control: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and implement rigorous damage-prevention protocols for project-specific components.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Manage warranty claims and manufacturer returns with a sense of urgency.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the bridge between the warehouse and our Project Managers, Sales, and Installation teams to meet strict project timelines.
  
  
• Safety & Standards: Establish and maintain SOPs and safety compliance, ensuring the Round Rock facility remains a benchmark for organization and efficiency.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Manage the warehouse budget and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational refinement.
