salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Execute all tasks in strict adherence to OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and PPE requirements; proactively identify and report workplace hazards.
  
  
• Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on manufacturing equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.
  
  
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using logical problem-solving and technical manuals.
  
  
• Set up, calibrate, and install machinery; perform precision bench work, welding, and component rebuilds as required.
  
  
• Maintain accurate daily work logs and update equipment records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  
  
• Support general building maintenance, including HVAC systems and the safe disposal of hazardous materials.
  
  
• Coordinate equipment shutdowns, startups, and relocations to align with production requirements and minimize interruptions.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized shop environment and provide training or mentorship to team members on maintenance best practices.
