Responsibilities

Execute all tasks in strict adherence to OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and PPE requirements; proactively identify and report workplace hazards.
Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on manufacturing equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using logical problem-solving and technical manuals.
Set up, calibrate, and install machinery; perform precision bench work, welding, and component rebuilds as required.
Maintain accurate daily work logs and update equipment records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Support general building maintenance, including HVAC systems and the safe disposal of hazardous materials.
Coordinate equipment shutdowns, startups, and relocations to align with production requirements and minimize interruptions.
Maintain a clean, organized shop environment and provide training or mentorship to team members on maintenance best practices.

The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 40lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeworking up to 10 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekends
